SUMMARY : Fred Williams, a writer, and Terry, a senator's daughter, travel to a Caribbean island and meet in a taxi. The young woman has come to identify the body of her sister, Marlis, at the morgue. But the corpse turns out to be that of a friend of Marlis's. Determined to find her sister, Terry plans to go to the jungle, where Marlis was supposed to be doing a photo shoot. Williams then offers to accompany her. The duo has no idea that a hybrid monster that eats human flesh is lurking nearby...

ABOUT THE FILM : Shot in 1988, Ratman is the last film by Giuliano Carnimeo (Satan's Appointments). For his only foray into horror, the director assembled a quality cast, including David Warbeck (The Black Cat), Janet Agren (The Cannibal Sect) and Eva Grimaldi (They Call Her Sister Desire)... not to mention the incredible Nelson De La Rosa , a 71 cm tall Lilliputian who plays the "Ratman" with great conviction. Ratman is a pleasant B-movie horror, enhanced with a dose of eroticism, and available for the first time in France in High Definition.
